Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured with signature confirmation. We can also send you a prepaid Fedex Label. In that case the $6 cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return.
