Life saver!
This is the first time I am writing a review for anything, but this product has been a life saver. I discovered it two years ago with my first baby. At the time we were cranking up the heat and he kept waking up anyway. We got the large size and he started to sleep better immediately (and we no longer had to roast). I now have a second baby and we are on the small size, she seems so cozy. This is really a great product and worth every penny.

My baby never slept for more than 2 hours in a row until I bought the sleep nest. It may be a coincidence but the first night in the sleep nest he slept 7 hours and when we went away for the weekend without it he kept waking up. I bought a second one for when the first one is in the wash. This sleep sack is soft and cozy and I think that babies just don't feel as protected in a fleece sleep sack. This has become my number one gift item!

This was a gift for new parents. They loved it, and said that they hadn't received anything like it. It seems like a product that will get a lot of use, and, as it is a little unusual, it seems like a good bet as a gift that won't need to be returned.

We love, love, love baby dee dee sleep sacks! I bought my first last winter for my then 7 month old as she wasn't ready for blankets. It worked out great! warm, easy to clean, quick to dry. if the house got warmer in the spring/fall I put her in a onesie with socks and the sleep sack and in cold winter, we did long sleeve shirt and pant cotton jammies and she seemed comfortable. After 2 years of use, I have yet to find her sweaty or cold at night.

It's 2 layers of soft jersey material with a sturdy zipper and shoulder snaps. I have used other cotton sleep sacks, but I prefer this one. It's better quality, feels more cozy and you can't beat the convenience of having the shoulder snaps. When my son was younger, looping his arms through the arm holes wasn't that big of a deal, but now that he's 7 months old, he is super squirmy and tries to resist! It's makes things soooo much easier. Trust me, shoulder snaps are the way to go! Since the nights in Cali don’t get super cold, I was debating whether to buy this one or the thicker Deedee sleep nest. I have since found out that my son needs both. Now that it's getting closer to winter and it's raining/freezing cold at night, there is no way the thinner sleep nest can keep my son warm enough at night. I recommend getting both.

This product is very soft and I wished we had found it earlier. We purchased for our 8 month old and now she is 11 months old and quite long (tall). We can no longer use it but we made it through all our winter travel and we felt she was warm enough and could move around in it. It is very soft and a lovely product. Worth the price.

I had bought another sleep sack brand before this one - but this brand & color is by far my favorite. The snaps at the shoulder are key! They make it so much easier to put a sleeping baby into - you can slip him in and not worry about putting his arms through the little holes. Plus - this is more like a sleeping bag and has a fluffier lining which keeps him warmer than the regular fleece sacks. Highly recommend this one!

I've tried both these and Halo sleep sacks on my five month old, and I much prefer these. The material is soft, the zipper is very sturdy and most importantly the shoulders snap (you don't realize how important this is until you've tried to get a sleepy infant to put his arms through little non-stretchy arm holes in the middle of the night). Plus the zipper does kind of glows in the dark. They're worth it -- I have two and am very happy with them.

My husband and I are very pleased with our sleep nest. Not only does it keep our baby warm in his own crib, it served as something familiar for our baby as we stayed with family over the holidays. I had comfort and peace of mind knowing my baby was safely warm at night, and I slept better because of it!

I bought the Sleep Nest Lite for our son a couple of month ago. We’ve already have been using the Sleep nest (regular) since he was born. The Lite version is the perfect addition for when it gets warmer. He seems to be warm in cozy while he is sleeping without sweating. Since we travel a lot, it is a lite piece which gives him comfort wherever we are.
I can highly recommend this product!
