Returns

If you’ve ordered the wrong item or the product is defective, you may return it up to 30 days from your date of purchase. Please make sure to keep your receipt for this process. No refunds and exchanges will be issued if it has exceeded 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging. Items that are stained, torn, stretched, gone through wear, or have ripped or damaged tags or labels will not be accepted and cannot be returned.


Refunds

Once your item is received, we will send you an email to notify you whether your time is approved for a return. We will refund you the same amount to your original method of payment within a month.

There is a processing time before the refund can be made so please make sure to check your bank account.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if you received them in a defective or damaged condition. Please send us an email with photo proof of the damaged item in its original packaging at customercare@babydeedee.com.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive the refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
