Simply place the foam wedge directly on top of the mattress pad and pull your standard deep-pocket fitted sheet firmly over it. It stays beautifully hidden while providing maximum security.

What size beds will this bumper fit?

Our bed bumper is highly versatile and works beautifully on toddler beds, twin beds, full, queen, and even king-sized beds!

How many bumpers do I need to buy?

If your child's bed is pushed flush against a wall, you only need one bumper for the open side. If the bed is in the middle of the room with two open sides, we highly recommend purchasing a 2-pack for complete protection.

Do I need to buy special sheets to use this?

No special sheets are required! However, because the bumper adds a few inches of height under the sheet, standard deep-pocket fitted sheets (often labeled as fitting mattresses up to 14-16 inches) work the best to keep everything snug and flat.

Can my toddler still climb out of bed to use the potty?

Yes! Unlike rigid metal rails that trap kids in, our foam bumper is firm enough to stop a rolling, sleeping child, but soft enough for an awake toddler to easily crawl right over when they need to use the bathroom or come find you in the morning.

How do I wash the bed bumper?

The outer cover features a zipper for easy removal. Machine wash the cover on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble dry on low. We strongly advise that you do not wash the inner foam core.

How long does it take for the foam to expand?

To be eco-friendly in our shipping, the bumper arrives vacuum-sealed. Once you carefully open the packaging, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the high-density foam to fully expand to its correct shape and size.
